We have a gated lot available for parking off street, we are on the bus line and everything the city has to offer is a 5/10 min lyft/Uber away! We live on site. It’s a 4 city lot. There are 3 residences, 2 are rentals and we are in the 3rd. We are doing our own thing but easily available if needed. The Waite park/Columbia park neighborhood is full of parks, paths, families and friendly neighbors. It’s slightly out of the thick of it all, by a handful of blocks, so a bit quieter at night but just on the edge if you want to easily get into it all! We have a small retail corner with a cafe and golf course, a cute distillery and vintage shop 2 blocks south and many restaurants, retail, a cooperative grocer 4-10 blocks south. Many many restaurants, shops and galleries within a max of 2 miles. We sit on the North edge of it all. Walk out the door to golf, sled, snow shoe, cross country ski. Bike the parkway, (we are one block off St. Anthony Parkway) to the river road and head south to catch the amazing river and nature views juxtaposed by the city in the background. We are on the main road through northeast, with a bus stop right out the door. There are almost always scooters parked out front, all of NE, the river and downtown are easily accessible by bike/scooter. We are on Central Ave which is a main road that runs north and south, through it all. Everything is a short car/cab ride away. If you have a car, we have off street parking available. Easy access to 35w and 694. Beautiful laundry room on site and shared with another apartment.
