A beautiful newly finished lower level of approximately 1250 sq. feet of our home with a walk-out to an amazing deck which overlooks the golf course and Shuswap Lake. We are within walking distance of the Anglemont Marina. This self contained lower level of our home boasts lots of windows for sunlight, 2 bedrooms, washroom with shower, large living room and kitchen. PET FEE: $15/night. PLEASE let us know if you are bringing pets when booking :) Smoking of cigarettes IS allowed outside only. The views from the decks are incredible! This is a golfers dream location as our home backs onto the 8th fairway. Great views of the Shuswap Lake make this an ideal location for travellers and golfer/boating enthusiasts. Wifi and Netflix are included. Our two bedroom suite is approx 1250 sq.feet so lots of room to relax. Our guests will have full use of their own large deck and backyard :) Lounge in the hammock or sit by the fire pit in the evening. We are available 24/7 as we reside in the level above. Looking for a great hike to a beautiful waterfall? Evelyn Falls is right up the street from our location. Looking for some great 'take out' options for dinner?? Ross Creek Country Store is a 6 minute drive from our home. They offer burgers, vegan options, pizza, poutine etc. They also have a GREAT bakery, daily specials, gas/diesel and propane including a laundromat and groceries. Parking for up to 3 cars. We have two medium dogs - Bichon Poo and a Cockapoo. We have a cat that is indoor/outdoor, so if you are bringing your dogs, kindly keep on leash when on the property and walk them off property and remember to 'stoop and scoop'! We charge $15/night for your fur baby!!
