The second floor features: - Bedroom 2: queen bed, balcony, HDTV, full en-suite with rain shower - Bedroom 3: king bed, double balconies, HDTV, full en-suite with rain shower The entire property is fenced and gated and has a security system that allows you to monitor the perimeter 24/7. The Neighborhood: Blue Star Villa is located in Long Bay Hills, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The villa is located in a quiet, residential area with plenty of privacy and security patrols at night. Long Bay Beach is just 5 minutes away, and with 3 public access points, you can easily enjoy its calm, shallow water and world-famous views. Award-winning Grace Bay Beach is just 10 minutes away by car. The Grace Bay area is full of shops, services, and restaurants. We highly recommend: - Crackpot Kitchen - Coco Bistro - Seven Getting Around: The villa is about 20 minutes from Providenciales International Airport. If you’d like to explore the gorgeous island of Providenciales, we recommend that you rent a car for your stay, as there is no public transport. Parking is available on-site. The islands of the Turks and Caicos present you with plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventure, like: - Swimming and snorkeling in the clear water - Kayaking, canoeing, kiteboarding, sailing - Scuba diving near the islands’ beautiful coral reefs - Boating and jet-skiing - Exploring the characteristic cays - Horseback riding along Long Bay Beach: visit Provo Ponies, a 2-minute drive from the villa. The popular Grace Bay area is about 10 minutes away by car, and you’ll find plenty of supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. Other Things to Note: Please note that this is a 2-story property, so you’ll need to climb the stairs. We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. These will not be refilled during your stay- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know! Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas. House Rules: - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $200 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. - No loud music is allowed after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be erected. - At check-out, you will be asked to take out the trash. Failing to do so will incur in a $50 charge. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charge if such is needed after their stay. - Please note that electricity consumption is included up to $45/day. Before departure, the meter will be read and any additional consumption will be charged to the guests. - You might be required to provide a government ID the day you will be checking in. - Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given and an extra fee will apply. - If you reserve through a platform where we are the merchant of record, a security deposit of $500usd will be charged before your arrival and refunded after your check out and once the property has been inspected for any damage.
