Bay of Islands - Cozy Newfoundland

A short drive from Corner Brook, this basement apartment is spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. With two bedrooms, a kitchen, living area and a full bathroom, you'll have plenty of space. It is conveniently located off the main road in Benoit's cove. Ideal for business travelers, couples, families and solo travelers. This house is a great home base for exploring the Bay of Islands and Western Newfoundland. Enjoy a cozy sleep and all the amenities of home. This place is purely dedicated for guest use. However, it is a basement apartment so keep that in mind while booking. It has all new linens and the amenities of home so you can travel on a budget and still be comfortable. There are two places in the apartment with shorter ceilings; The bathroom shower being one of them. Please be mindful when booking if you have any taller individuals in your booking. If you book with 2 guests, you will have access to one bedroom. If you book with 3 or 4 guests, you will have access to both bedrooms. The whole house is heated by furnace, with temperature sensors throughout. If the temperature isn’t to your liking, please reach out so we can adjust. There’s also an electric fireplace in the living room to use if it’s chillier. You can reach me by text and phone anytime! We are only a short drive away at all times if needed. Located in Benoit's cove, this is a beautiful home base for exploring the Bay of Islands. We are only a 5 minute walk from the Saltbox Restaurant/Everoutdoor Adventures, situated directly on the beach with a wonderful water view. Everoutdoor adventures offers information on the area and guided hiking/paddling tours. You will need a vehicle while traveling in this area. Snow clearing is not included but it will be done from time to time during longer stays and between guests. However, there are shovels available to use.
