Our suite is ideally suited to work remotely or to take a staycation. Come enjoy the tranquility of your home away from home. We are minutes from surfer’s paradise - Lawrencetown Beach, Cole Harbour, Halifax and Downtown Dartmouth, is roughly a 20 minute drive! Enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio area while watching the wildlife and soaking in the morning sun. This fully equipped guest suite allows guests to relax, get away from it all or be minutes away from the bustling city. Large private and self contained suite ( approx. 600 sq. ft) in basement of private home. Living Area has a double pullout couch with bedding. The suite has a 42” HD TV. There is Bell Fibe Cable that will allow you to have access to Amazon Prime Video/ Netflix and 1 GB+ High Speed Internet for working remotely . A heat pump keeps you warm in winter and cool in the summer. Kitchenette contains apartment size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and cooking utensils. Spacious bathroom has custom walk in shower, towels in included. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedding supplied. There is ample parking space for two vehicles. There is a rack outside to hang/store up to 3 surfboards. Luggage drop-off arrangements can be made prior your arrival and upon request. 4 minutes to surfer’s paradise, Lawrencetown Beach. Minutes to Salt Marsh Trail, great for walks and biking. Just a 10 minute drive to Cole Harbour shopping district, grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants and plenty more. A 25 minute drive to Stanfield International Airport or Downtown Halifax There is plenty of room in the parking area for up to 2 cars I will try respond as quick as possible, e-mail or text me (Shawn). Suzanne is working from home at the time being, so she is readily available. Quiet neighbourhood on a Cul de Sac. Once you leave our place and arrive at Highway 207. There is two choices... Left takes you to Lawrencetown Beach, Conrad’s Beach which are very close by. turning right will take you to Cole Harbour, Downtown Dartmouth and if you wan to venture farther..the Passenger Ferry which will take you to Downtown Halifax if you do not want take your car.
