Moose Ridge Get-Away

Moose Ridge Lodge is a 3 acre Alaskan homestead built in 1925, overlooking the Kasilof River. The interior has been completely refurbished to include a fully remodeled and stocked kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub, full length windows, all new flooring, paint, etc. The exterior remains the original log structure adding to the uniqueness of this property. The original bunkhouse, cache, green house and outhouse are still located on the property. Long views, wild flowers and frequent wildlife abound. Our cabin has 2 bedrooms, with one queen bed and one double bed. There is a oversized living room with two 8' couches and one 6' couch for plenty of extra sleeping room. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your meal preparation needs, including loads of small appliances and cookware. Blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, Ninja....etc. Games, cards, dice, books and toys are also available in the cabin, as well as current issues of ALASKA magazines. Fresh linens are fully stocked. DVD player and movies are also in the cabin. The property is on 3 acres of mostly wooded land. There is access to fishing from the shore of the Kasilof River from the owners house only a short walking distance away. The deck accommodates a BBQ, patio table and chairs. We will be available to offer help and/or recommendations if needed. We enjoy interacting with our guests and getting to know them better. Quiet and mostly wooded area overlooking the Kasilof River. This property is located on 3 quiet acres. Parking is not a problem. Taxi's are available, if needed. Public transportation is not provided in this area. A highchair is available if needed and requested in advance.
