We offer a 2+ bedroom BASEMENT suite. Can host up to 6 persons but no more as we only have ONE bathroom. All amenities listed in profile with pictures. We are a 5 min walk to downtown for all your needs including shopping & dining. NOTE: Due to zoning limitation we are not permitted to host a kitchen or cooking facilities. Please review all house rules and cancellation policies. NO PETS! Newly renovated, 1000+sqf (93+sqM) family size basement suite with parking. Three bedrooms with one bathroom, common room with TV and Sofa with Pullout Bed. Small kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. We do have mugs, plates, bowls and silverware for small meals. Note: There is a set of stairs to go down to enter the suite. The suite has a private entrance at the left side of our home. Access is controlled by a coded lock - so you can always get in if you arrive late or we are away. The code is sent to you once the reservation has been confirmed. Free street parking is available directly at the front of our house or please use the left side of the drive way. Please ensure you have your valid National Park Pass displayed at all times! I am available from 9am - 9pm daily for any questions or concerns. We are located just a 5-10 minute walk to downtown. Access to biking and hiking trails just minutes away. Beaches just a 10min drive from the house. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Jasper. Jasper is a small mountain community with approximately 5,300 people. Our home is a short 10 -15min walk to the downtown area of Jasper where you will find all the shops, services and restaurants you need. Jasper is a pedestrian and bicycle friendly community. Jasper also has an extensive walking / hiking trail system that is accessible from town. Taxi services are also available. 1. The suite is in the basement so there is a small set of stairs to reach it. Not wheelchair accessible. 2. Due to zoning limitation we are not permitted to accommodate a kitchen. Please plan accordingly, we are only able to provide a fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle and a coffee machine. 3. Please be aware that sometimes environmental events are outside of our control. From time to time, roads and access to Jasper may be hampered or blocked by avalanches & rock slides, inclement weather or highway incidents. Please ensure you have proper travel insurance to safeguard your trip against the rare possibility of these events. 4. We live upstairs so we do share the space and you will hear the occasional footsteps and voices. 5. We live with our dog Amber, she is getting old and occasionally barks if no one is home. We do try our best to have someone home at all times but the odd time she will bark, as dogs do. 6. Your hosts communicate mainly via airbnb, we suggest before you leave for your holiday that you download the app and check for any updates or info before your arrival.
