1 BR in 3 BR Condo/Apartment

The Condo is located in the upscale Country Walk community of Bel Air, MD, near the Festival Mall, 10 min drive to Edgewood, 25 min to Aberdeen PG, 25 min to Baltimore, 15 min to White Marsh Malls. There is a library, within 10 min walk, a hospital 5 min drive, the Festival Mall Plaza 5 min drive The room is available for rent for a minimum period of 25 days but preferably for a month. It is provided furnished. You might be sharing the condo with me, or another person, but most of the time we are away on business. You will have access through the back door of the apartment, it's more convenient. The condo is on the first floor so it is easy to move in your luggage, no need to carry luggage up or down stairs. I or my representative will be available to support your stay. The guest will have access to common areas within the condo, such as kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and breakfast room. Please be considerate of others, leave the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room clean after each use, it will foster a nice comfortable environment. Coordinate with other guests to vacuum the common areas at least once every two weeks. There is no cleaning fees so all guests maintain the space clean. The area is very quiet and beautiful, nice to walk around early mornings or late in the afternoon. The roads go over small hills with lots of greenery. The Festival Mall is within 10 min walk where you can find Italian, Mexican, Asian and other foods, a supermarket, pharmacies and many more shops as well. Hartford Mall is a 5 minute drive and White Marsh malls are a 12 min drive. There are two kinds of parking places: numbered and unnumbered. Guests are allowed to park in the unnumbered parking places. A rental or a private vehicle is a must. There is the 410 bus stop at the Festival Mall every 13 min to Baltimore City, Light St & Redwood St; the bus ride takes 59 min. To stay in this area you need private transportation. You need to have a car. Public transportation like buses run very slow. It takes 1 hr to Baltimore by bus, only 20 min by car.
