This private cottage is nestled on the uncrowded East End of St. John in the Privateer Bay community. We cater to couples seeking a private, relaxing location with space to stretch out, small families looking for a safe home with easy private beach access, or two couples (or small group of friends) looking to share the fun and the cost. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cottage (plus fun outdoor shower) has everything you need to get lost in your vacation. There is everything you require: a nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, a private pool, fast internet, lovely native plants, and all of the peace you need. We even have an electric piano to learn or play music! If you choose to leave this beautiful property, you are less than a half hour drive away from the famous North side beaches including Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, Cinnamon Bay, and Hawksnest. Or you can stay and relax at one of the beaches near us, including Hansen Bay and Haulover Bay. As a guest at Long Bay Getaway, you also have private access to the secluded beach at Long Bay which is a "stone's throw" away from our property. The snorkeling is superb and there are some community kayaks or an SUP for your personal use. There are wonderful amenities near the property including Sloop Jones' shop for one-of-a-kind clothing and art and access to two private-access beaches that are part of the Privateer Bay Homeowners Association and available for your use. The East End is on the other side of St. John, away from the Cruz Bay busy-ness. If you prefer natural peace and solitude, you will love this part of the island!!
