Guest room/Victorian Farmhouse

Beautifully restored 1909 Victorian home in quiet and scenic Wellborn, Florida. Conveniently located near I-75 and I-10. 10 minutes from Lake City and less than an hour to Gainesville and Jacksonville. Situated on four acres near the Suwannee River and several crystal clear springs for swimming and kayaking. (2 kayaks provided) The home is 3700 square feet with several porches and a gazebo for sitting and relaxing. We live on the premises and have an additional bedroom. This room comes with a queen size bed. There is a shared bathroom down the hall and it is located upstairs. Guests have free range of the house, the television, wifi and we offer many sitting areas outdoors to enjoy the Florida sunshine! We live at the home and are available for any assistance needed or questions.
