Welcome to the Colonels Quarters, a stunning and sensational 1920’s refurbished farmhouse home in the heart of the historic district in Smithville, Texas. Colonels Quarters is owned by my sister and I who have served honorably in the U.S. Army with over 50 years of combined service on both active duty, national guard, and reserves. A unique restored home and rural small-town destination that provides respite for visitors, tourists and Veterans. Great vacation or weekend getaway. Enchanting! Together with America Reclaimed, an impressive Texas restoration and remodeling company we created a one of a kind friendly and nostalgic home. Using reclaimed long leaf pine, precious bead board, antique corbels, 1800’s bathroom/kitchen sinks, handmade counter tops, rustic zinc tin tiles, roofing metal, Egyptian chandeliers, and other unique surprises our one-of-a-kind vacation home has many qualities of enticement and appealing frisson. Come join us in our charming Smithville community, enjoy our small-town shops, restaurants and experience the rural sounds, sights and scents. We look forward to hosting you!
