Villa Capri, Chalk Sound

Turks and Caicos Island is home to some of the most beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear water. Our home gives a whole new perspective on the color turquoise. You will believe it when you see it as you walk through the front doors at Villa Capri. The infinity pool overlooking Chalk Sound looks as if it flows right into the ocean! Spend your mornings enjoying your coffee on the sprawling poolside terrace as the vibrant ocean comes to life under the sunrise. Our oceanfront deck is a great spot to hop in a kayak and explore Chalk Sound - don’t be surprised if schools of colorful fish come to greet you! As the sun starts to set, take a dip in the pool or have a cocktail on the patio as you watch the sky softly change hues from our beloved blue to blushing pinks and oranges.  Villa Capri is well appointed with all of the modern amenities one would need for an oceanfront vacation. Four of our five bedrooms have a king bed and private en-suite private bathroom. The fifth bedroom contains two twin beds that can be converted to one king if necessary. Our guests typically spend most of their time out near the pool (the view doesn’t much better!) which makes the outdoor grill and bar area a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal and listen to the waves.  Chalk Sound is a secluded part of the island which contributes to the peaceful atmosphere (that’s why they named our portion of this beautiful area Sanctuary Court!). There are plenty of amazing restaurants on the island anywhere from 10 to 25 minutes away. As you explore, you will find that the number of beaches to enjoy are endless! CANCELLATION: Occupant may cancel their reservation at any time for a full refund prior to 90 days before arrival. Occupant agrees to be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the Total Rent stated above if Occupant cancels more than 60 days from date of arrival and less than 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
