Vermont lake house

A beautiful four season townhouse on lake st. Catherine, vermont . In peaceful oxbow bay. The other side is owner occupy year round. The property has a shared dock and front area. The front has a fire pit , surrounded by chairs. The side area, is private to renters with a smaller fire pit. There is parking for two vehicles. Beautiful view of lake through a 12’ sliding door, onto a wonderful deck. On the back of camp(facing the private road) is a nice covered porch. We have WiFi, some books and games. Lots of DVDS and VHS tapes. No television stations at this time. I can be reached by texting or email...if you need assistance. A small 18 hole golf course across the lake. Plus “Ottos” offering ice cream, sandwiches, outside seating, occasionally music and miniature golf. In Wells, is “wells country store” again wonderful people, offering breakfast sandwiches, specialty coffee, homemade salads, donuts and wine! Also, great specialty sandwiches...a short distance in poultney is Perry’s Restaurant. A short distance from the lake (by rural area standards): Manchester,vt great skiing area, restaurants, and outlet stores. (24 miles) The famous Lake George, NY .....(36 miles) Saratoga, NY...thoroughbred racing, harness racing, SPAC (performing arts)- big name events, spas and wellness centers....just a stroll down main Street is an event! (47 miles) Weston, vt is he home of the original vermont country store plus a few other shops. (42 miles) And always come back to the serenity of the lake. There is no tv station hook ups , but plenty of dvds and vhs tapes.
