This is a vacation home located in the Sand Hills area of Scituate with very close proximity to the beach. It is a fully furnished home with 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10, a living room, a freshly renovated eat-in kitchen, a sunny dining room, and two beautiful bathrooms. With plenty of space to rest and relax, it is the perfect home for a family holiday. This sunny 4 bedroom oasis steps to the sea is a recently renovated house that is an amazing place to rest, relax, and enjoy the New England coast. The home is approximately one hour driving from Boston and about 30 minutes from Plymouth. The home is about 1 hour to Hyannis ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The home has a beautifully renovated eat-in kitchen with a gas stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. There is a sunny dining room with a dining table and all dishes/linens guests need. There is also a large living room with a TV, a desk, and a closet with an iron/ironing board. There are 4 bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs. Upstairs, you have a huge Master Bedroom with a skylights, queen bed and a seating area with two comfy chairs and a TV. The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and charming New England slanted eaves. There is a bathroom upstairs with a view of the ocean, a glass-walled shower, towels, and a hair dryer. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms each with queen beds and dressers. There is a bathroom downstairs with a tub and glass-wall shower, towels, and a hair dryer. Walk/bike/drive to downtown, commuter rail to Boston, the beach, public golf course, and grocery stores. Towels and linens provided. The whole house is available for guests. There is a small deck off of the house guests can use. Cars should be parked in front of the under-home storage. I am available to answer your questions while you are in Scituate! Our neighborhood is a few miles away from Scituate Harbor where there are adorable shops and restaurants at your disposal. Take a look at the Scituate Pocket Guide presented by the Scituate Chamber of Commerce to see maps and tourist information. It is a neighborhood and so we ask that all guests observe a respectful noise level while at the home. It is best for guests to use their own vehicle to drive around town, though there is a commuter rail train nearby with service to Boston and a bus loop that runs through certain parts of Scituate. The closest beach is Sand Hills Beach which is a 5 minute walk. There are some beach toys available for guest use while in the home. We ask that if anything gets broken or damaged during your stay you kindly notify us immediately. The home has a 7 day minimum during the high season and a 3 day minimum during the off season.
