Completed in May 2015, Cascade features a stunning upper-level pool cascading into the lower level, with multiple levels of sunny and shaded terraces. This grand estate features one of the island’s most impressive private pools, with the top level of crystal waters cascading into the pool below. The glistening waters of Cascade’s multilevel pools and multiple terraces face the beautiful Caribbean blue hues of Babalua Beach, with turquoise views and great snorkeling at Cascade’s fingertips. No fighting over bedrooms at this villa, all 6 bedrooms feature King beds, outdoor showers, and a private sunning terrace with endless views of the stunning blue sea. The multiple levels offer plenty of space to spread out with shaded and sunny seating areas. Dine-in or out with plenty of seating for 12. Cascade is tastefully designed and decorated with plenty of windows to take another peek at those world-famous Turks and Caicos blue waters. The fully furnished kitchen and outdoor grill with wet bar provide plenty of space to prepare that freshly-caught fish! Should you choose to leave the villa, Cascade is conveniently located, just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Cascade's pools are heated for your enjoyment.  Our property manager meets guests at the villa a 4 pm for check-in, provides a brief orientation, and is available should guests need assistance. Babalua Beach is a beautiful beach on the northern shore of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, just west of Grace Bay. You are a short drive to restaurants and activities and about 12 minutes from the grocery store. ** Notes: • All of our properties are offered with double occupancy (2 per bedroom). This includes children and babies of all ages. • The best mode of transportation on this tiny island is a rental car. • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. COVID Policies Update: • Credit policy: In the event that the island is closed to international travel or there is a mandatory quarantine in place upon arrival at PLS, TC Villas will issue 100% credit to be used at the same villa within 12 months.
