Stunning Ocean Views - Home on Lunenburg Bay

Only a 15 minute drive to Lunenburg, this tastefully decorated two story home is located in Feltzen South on the South Shore of Nova Scotia with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The UNESCO town of Lunenburg can be seen across the bay. This home is only steps away from Spindler's Beach, a sand beach well known by locals for beach glass. Our home was originally built in 1890 and has recently been updated with new paint, new carpeting and flooring, and newer appliances. Staying here is comfortable. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, and a second bedroom is on the second level. A full bathroom and half bathroom are located on the main floor. A second half bathroom is located on the second level. Unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed from the main floor, second level and the yard. Watch the fishing boats come and go from the Feltzen South Wharf. Your stay with us includes many amenities, including but not limited to: Full kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove, microwave), laundry (washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent and softener), a BBQ, towels, linens, etc. Free WiFi, Cable TV (Eastlink), DVD player and DVDs are also included with your stay. Our home is equipped with a propane furnace for heating, and a window air conditioner for cooling on the main level. Guests have access to the entire house and property. This is a second home for us and we will not be on site during guest stays. Guests can enjoy the privacy of having this home all to themselves. This home is located directly across from the Feltzen South wharf, which is an active wharf used by fishing and lobster boats. Watch the fishing boats come and go, and keep an eye out for the Bluenose 2 which regularly sails in the bay. The town of Lunenburg, a UNESCO heritage site and one of the most photographed towns in Atlantic Canada can be seen across the bay from this homes windows and is only a 15 minute drive away. Lunenburg has many unique shops and restaurants. Ovens Natural Park is only a two minute drive away from this home. The Ovens Natural Park is famous for its sea caves. The town of Bridgewater is a 25 minute drive away and features amenities of a small city; a 24 hour hospital, wellness services, a shopping mall and large box stores. All of the roads from Halifax to this home are paved, and there are many hiking trails in the area. This home has two bedrooms, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. This home has a full bathroom and half bathroom on the main floor, as well as a half bathroom on the second floor. The home is equipped with a propane furnace for heating, and a window air conditioning unit for cooling on the main floor.
