My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. There is a bedroom with a bathroom, the restroom is separate. There is a living room with library, TV, refrigerator and bar. The kitchen is located outside with a dining area, microwave, small oven, coffee maker, dishes, a plate for cooking. The building is quiet and has security 24/24. At the entrance, there is a bakery and an Italian restaurant cross the street where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. My accommodation is close to the beach. You will enjoy the appartment for the location which is close to the French side and the Dutch side. The place is at 5 minutes to Marigot, the French main town. It's at 15-20 minutes from Juliana airport. There is a restaurant and a bar on site where you can enjoy a drinks, lunch or dinner while you are using the pool. There are several restaurants nearby, for some you can just walk there. You have access to all the facilities of the residence such as the 2 swimming pools, the bar, the restaurant, the volleyball court, the pétanque field, parking if you rent a car. You can always contact me if you want anything. I will enjoy planning your vacation with you. If you plan to book some restaurants, a rental car, the ferry to go to St Barth, a day charter... Nettle bay is a quiet area where it's very nice to live. It's located between low lands and Marigot. One side there is the lagoon and the other side the sea so you will find nice beaches around with turquoise water. It's like a small village where you can find pretty much everything like a bakery, a market, a pharmacy, a doctor, many restaurants and other hotels... You will have access to the parking if you have a rental car which is advisable to be able to visit the island. There are local buses that run right outside the residence. Otherwise I can always call a taxi when you need it. While on the island don't hesitate to take the ferry and spend a day in Anguilla as there are some beautiful beaches over-there.
