Breñas Estates Beach House

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has air condition and its own bathroom. The living area is downstairs with a closed air conditioned kitchen and family room and a open terrace with hanging chairs and a comfortable hammock. There is a walking or bike trail to the Ritz Carlton Hotel I live about 1/2 hour from the house and will be available. Guests will need transportation to restaurants, and other amenities which are close..about a 5 minute drive...walking or bike trail to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and the Golf Club House. There is cable and internet.
