Cozy 2 bedroom house near Truro

Minutes from Truro, small but comfortable house. Very scenic, on family property of 40+ acres. Access to private walking trail along Salmon River. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, deck, lovely view. Two levels, two bedrooms, 3 beds. Pets allowed on limited basis. Books, DVDs, SNES. NOTE: No cable/satellite channels. While the area is suburban, the property itself borders the river and woodland. It has more of a rural atmosphere and is comparatively quiet. The house is not large but is comfortable and has a very private feel to it. There is a deck and lots of yard space. Abundant parking. Wifi. PLEASE NOTE: No cable/satellite TV channels. Access to most of the family property, which is about 48 acres. It is mostly old pastureland and trees, bordered on two sides by the Salmon River. There is a private walking trail and a place to swim in the summer. I will generally be staying next door, or at my farmhouse, about 15 minutes away. I am available for any questions or concerns, but will otherwise respect your privacy. No public transit in the area. Ten minute drive to downtown Truro. Children are welcome, though the house is not child-proofed and may not be suitable for all ages. Pets may also be accommodated upon request. There is a TV and DVD player, but no cable or satellite channels.
