Sea Edge Villa is located on the northern shore of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands and offers two levels of luxuriously appointed living space, breathtaking views, multiple terraces, and even a private swimming pool. The beach level living area has a beautifully designed and fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room which features a 40'' TV. There is also a convenient powder room. The spacious and comfortable 2nd-floor bedroom (K bed) commands a spectacular ocean view through its wide disappearing doors. What's better than a relaxing bath? How about a bath in a granite soaking tub overlooking the mesmerizing waters of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, BWI? Enjoy your freshly caught fish on the gas BBQ grill! Sea Edge is located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach, the famous 12-mile long strip of sugar-white sand along the island's northern shore. Away from the hotels and resorts, this area offers added privacy and convenience to the Turtle Cove Marina and the 6 restaurants nearby, without the crowds! Notes: • A cleaning fee of $235 is added to the rental rate. • The pool heater incurs a cost of $250 per week.  • Please note this property is typically offered in one-week blocks on a Saturday to Saturday basis. We sometimes make exceptions to this rule if your travel dates are from mid-August to mid-October or if you are traveling within 30 days. Kindly note that exceptions are not otherwise made. • AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. A $150 weekly AC allotment is offered; beyond that, usage is charged back to the guest at cost. Most guests do not exceed the given allotment. • With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. Some guests prefer wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery* The whole house. The villa manager is available if issues arise. All within walking distance to your private villa! Sharkbite Bar & Grill // Great place to come play darts, foosball, slot machines—fun, casual, inexpensive. Serving classic American pub food. Baci // Here you will find very good Italian food specializing in excellent veal, pasta, and lobster dishes. The thin crust pizzas are superb! Mango Reef // Specializing in fresh local flavors and seafood with a selection of international favorites. Simone’s // Locally owned and operated Restaurant serving local cuisine. Magnolia // Magnolia offers one of the best views on the island with good food and service. This is a great place to watch a sunset while having a drink at the bar. With plenty of fun things to do, stunning sights to behold, and luxurious accommodation, feeling immersed in this tropical paradise is all but inevitable. A rental car is recommended. Cleaning & Sanitization Protocols Post COVID19 // All our villas have the TCI assured badge: • A Sanitization station will be set up at the entrance to the property. • All high touch surfaces will be cleaned with anti-bacterial soap and water. Examples include dining tables, kitchen countertops and appliances, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet pulls and handles, railings, faucets, knobs, telephones, sinks, and toilets. • Windows in bedrooms and common areas will be opened to allow fresh air to circulate during the cleaning process. • All electronics and light fixtures will be wiped down including remotes and thermostats. • All soft surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized in accordance with EHD guidelines. • All floors will be swept and wiped with approved disinfectant cleaners. • All doors & hardware will be cleaned and disinfected. • All guests will be provided with a starter supply of essential amenities during their stay: Alcohol-based hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial hand soap, disposable disinfectant wipes, and paper towels, and toilet paper. • All moveable decorations or room amenities will be removed to limit guest touching. • Extra pillows, blankets, linens, etc. in the room will be removed to limit exposure. Extra items will be provided upon request. Deliver requested items in an individual single-use sanitary bag/wrapping. • Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes will be left in the rooms (where possible). • In-room touch screens will be disinfected. • Guests will have the option for a relaxed housekeeping schedule where cleaning only occurs less frequently as opposed to daily scheduled cleaning (arrangements with the guest). • Staff will be required to wear single-use face masks/face covering, single-use gloves, aprons, and close-toed shoes when servicing each room. • Line all trash cans with a disposal liner to make it easier to collect and dispose of waste.
