The Mango House is part of the Springwater resorts complex and it's an easy 100-meter access to Camp Bay beach. You will find rooms that are clean, nicely decorated, and inviting to make your stay more enjoyable. The rooms are self-contained with direct access to the beach across the road. The Mango House is part of the Springwater property. But shares access to the Springwater Resort Pool and Common areas as the beach chairs, palapa, and hammocks. Please feel free to ask questions about this beautiful area called Camp Bay. There is of course Camp Bay beach within a minute walking distance from the Mango house but activities like snorkeling, bicycling, hiking, kayaking, kite boarding, diving, food tasting, fishing, mangrove forest tours, island hoping tours and Pigeon Cays tours. Camp Bay village is about a 5 minute walk from Mango house directly East. Camp Bay consist mostly of black Bay Islanders and English is widely spoken. Camp Bay is a very safe area and walking around can be enjoyed by all. There is a mini bus that you can be picked up from the bus station in Oak Ridge that will bring you to Camp Bay for about L70 pp. There is also small Tuk Tuks in Oak Ridge or at the cross road from the main asphalt and dirt road that can be negotiated. Taxis are also available throughout the island or you can drive here and we have plenty of free parking. Camp Bay is rather limited to grocery shopping, souvenir shopping, and nightlife. Camp Bay offers tranquility, serenity, and natural beauty. please review our RULES. Please Review our Rule Book it's always displayed in the living room of the apartment. The Springwater Resorts Community HOAs often limit owners' areas with short-term renters. No parties are allowed. No smoking. No pets allowed. No unregistered guest is allowed. Please don't eat or drink in bed. Please respect the noise curfew in the bedrooms. Please respect check-in and check-out times. Please take extra care of your keys. Please take care of the furnishings you have to pay for the damages that exceed the security deposit. Please don't rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes. Please take the trash out before you leave. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Cleaning: Cleaning services for guests include general cleaning of the unit, stoking of paper goods, hand soap, and laundering of linens. Once in a 3-day stay and twice in a 7-day stay. Cleaning is NOT Daily; does not include other units, and guest is provided with 1 set of bed sheets per bed and 1 set of towels per guest. In the case of extras, the Guest must anticipate requests. Trash: A very important subject is keeping the place nice and clean. Avoid trouble for throwing certain items, like boxes that haven’t been broken down or pieces of furniture, from the balcony especially when having neighbors nearby. leaving trash in the property attracts pests and detracts from the property’s appearance.
