Located just below the beautiful rolling hills in the valley of Havendale, this loft sits within a gated community with 24 hour secured access, swimming pool and easy access to public transportation and all major conveniences minutes away with lots to do and see in Kingston. The home is located in the suburbs of the Kingston corporate area. You can get to the heart of the city within 15 minutes. Whether you want to hop over to the Bob Marley Museum, the downtown waterfront, Castleton Gardens, Hope Gardens, Tuff Gong Studios, Devon House or any of the city's countless nightlife attractions. The property offers amenities for the business or leisure traveler. There are lovely gardens, a swimming pool, quiet areas to read a book, relax and listen to the birds chirp. There is also a laundromat located 5 mins from the location. It accommodates 2 persons comfortably in a sleeping loft fitted with a queen size mattress. Guests have access to a kitchenette for the preparation of meals. There is WiFi throughout the loft, as well as cable (with local and international channels), and smart apps for Netflix, Hulu etc.. Day time guests are permitted, but no additional overnight guests and no events or parties are to be held on the property. I love to learn and interact with people of different cultures, but will also respect your space and time. I live here, so can interact with you as much or as little as you desire. I live in a lovely and friendly neighborhood. You will see many neighbors getting their morning and/or evening exercise in the area. You will experience the warmth of Jamaican culture. Taxis can be arranged to and from the home. Rental vehicles may also be had from any of the local car rental companies to explore the city and island. Secured parking is available on the property. You can get a taxi from the airport to the home from an authorized provider. Because there is a staircase to access the sleeping loft, this space is not suitable for the elderly nor young children. There is room to stand only at the landing area of the loft with a max height of 5 feet 3 inches.
