Traveling down the hall you will find the guest bathroom with a shower tub combo and a single vanity. Next, you will find the cheerful master suite, giving you a comfortable king bed, 48 inch smart tv, en-suite bath, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The en-suite bath is complete with a large shower with a seat, double vanity, and large walk in closet. This level has a small office/sitting area with a built in desk and stools for those working from home or distance learning. The laundry room is also located on this floor. As you travel up the stairs to the 3rd level, you are greeted with breathtaking ocean views visible through the oversized sliding doors. This open concept kitchen/dining/living area has beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, new furniture, a 65 inch smart tv, sleeper sofa, and a front wall of sliding doors that give you amazing Gulf views from every inch of the room! With so much space there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the company of friends and family. The fully stocked kitchen has a large island for additional seating, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals! This is NOT a pet friendly property. CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit card processing fees will be charged upon cancellation, which is equal to 3% of all payments made. Reservations cancelled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.
