Casita Manglar is a beautiful beachfront condominium with inviting pool and hot tub overlooking the white sands of Puerto Morelos and the amazing Caribbean. The crystal clear water showcases the Mesoamerican reef running along the coast. You can watch the waves break over the reef and cruise ships pass by from inside the condo or relaxing on the large outdoor patio and pool area. Casita Manglar is a ground level unit. The town square is a half mile walk from the condo. You can walk street side or stroll down the beach to get to town and the square. Both street and beach side have restaurants and once in the square you will find many other restaurants along with clothing/souvenir/jewelry shops, a grocery store and a pharmacy. Casita Manglar offers an open kitchen, dining and living that have floor to ceiling windows with doors that open to the private patio and pool area.The view of the pool, ocean and reef are mesmerizing from both in and out of the condo. There are tile floors throughout and approximately 10 foot ceiling height. This spacious condo is well equipped with everything one would need for a short or long stay. The condo offer two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a US size King bed. The owner’s bed has an en suite bath and floor to ceiling windows with a door leading to the patio and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has plenty of storage and a bath open to both the bedroom and hall. The living/dining and both bedrooms have ceiling fans along with AC’s. There are flat screen smart TV’s in the living room and owner’s bedroom equipped with Amazon FireTV, DirecTVNow and Netflix. Free high speed WiFi throughout. The kitchen is well appointed with dining and bar ware for both inside and exterior use. There is an assortment of pots and pans for cooking along with serving dishes. No glass in the pool or beach areas so there is plenty of reusable plastic ware. A hot and cold water dispenser is available and purified water is provided. You will also find a five burner gas range, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The large patio has an inviting sofa with comfy chairs perfect for relaxing with a book or taking a nap. There is also a wooden table with four chairs for meals or a game of cards or dominoes. No matter where you sit you can stare at the Caribbean and reef. From November 1 through April 30 leases can not be shorter than one week. From May 1 through October 31 leases can not be shorter than four nights. Other items to note: Casita Manglar is a completely non-smoking condo. You may not smoke in the condo nor the patio or pool area. Casita Manglar is an adult only rental, no children. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced with no additional guests being allowed.
