Water view home in Eastport!

Completely renovated in 2015 this home provides convenient access to downtown area, as well as area attractions. House is very well equipped from dishes,cookware, small appliances to fire pit and books (for all ages) House easily accommodates 6, but up to 8 is possible (sleep sofa, floor space in bunk room). Very well equipped home (appliances, fully stocked kitchen,basic spices and convenience items provided) Note: Bed linens and towels are provided but beds are not made (unused linens remain in storage bins). Pillows, blankets, bedspreads, and towels are provided. Wireless internet along with 3 televisions that are programmed with Netflix, and Prime Video (2 also have YouTube TV streaming). There are two blue ray players and a large library of videos. On site laundry room, ample storage, and detached garage for storage of bikes, kayaks etc. Comfortable home for families! Entire house, except back half of lower level (mechanical room) and small owner's closet in bedroom. Garage, 1/3 acre yard We do not live close by, so all interactions are virtual. We do have family and friends available to assist in case of emergency. Water view, neighbor on one side/cliff on 2 sides. Quieter and more yard space than many downtown rentals, but a short drive or bike ride to store, Shackford Head (hiking), and downtown area. It is not uncommon to see deer in the back yard. There is no public transportation in Eastport, so a vehicle is necessary. The driveway accommodates 3 cars, with additional street parking in front of the house. A full binder of local and house information is located in the home. The 2 upstairs bedrooms each contain a queen bed with large under bed storage drawers and large closets. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room. One bedroom has a second TV. Both televisions have CD players and are Netflix enabled (your account can be used). There is a big selection of movies and board games on site. Amenities not listed include: Gas Grill Fire pit Lobster pot and tools Extensive kitchen items (dishwasher, microwave, crock pot, griddler, blender, popcorn popper, booster seat & step stools, expandable table, wok, bakeware, coffee maker and more! Just bring food!)
