The home is located on a cul-de-sac street with very little traffic. You can occasionally hear the ocean waves crashing...especially at night. Bird watching from the back porch is soothing. The house porch continuously wraps around the front, right side and rear of home. A/C in each bedroom , ceiling fans in every room of the house, washer and dryer. Large front and backyard (slopes downhill). The entire home is fenced in. You will have access to the entire house. I live in California. If needed, you will interact with me via text or the co-host who lives minutes away from the house. The home is located in Quebradillas, also known as the Pirate's Hideout (visit Puerto Hermina)! It is close to the ocean. There are no sidewalks near the house and the streets can be a little narrow - you are in the countryside. The city center is about 1.5 miles away.
