Beautiful Lakeside Villa with amazing sunsets (will do 6 month winter rental)

Our villa was built in 2007 and is in a quiet development with 700 feet of lakeshore and a public boat landing 1/2 mile away. It has a sandy beach and gradual elevation to the lake. The home has a modern kitchen, a great room with hardwood floors and a 16 ft stone fireplace, and a loft with master bedroom and large master bath. Our western exposure means the sunsets are amazing. Please note that the pricing on VRBO is only an estimate - pricing varies based on amount of availability, length of stay, etc. In order to know exact pricing, you will need to get an individual quote. Many of our summer weeks are taken by repeat groups but we usually have several open summer weeks during which we love to have new groups stay with us! We offer the following amenities: a/c, washer/dryer, all kitchen utensils and pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, bedding (no bath or beach towels), 50' flat screen television with DVD in great room, 40' flat screen television with DVD in loft, 13 cable channels (ABC, NBC, History, Hallmark, Fox, etc), cd player, dock, boat lift (not to exceed 3,000 lbs), gas grill, firepit, and pool table. The villa has 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds and can sleep up to 7 people. There is no wifi at the villa but you will get internet service thru your mobile phones. Please note that we are a No Pets and No Smoking facility.
