Great for a Group Getaway! Sleeps 14. Playa Santa

Private three storied house located in the southwest of Puerto Rico at Playa Santa, Guánica. The house is centrally located with easy access to restaurants, bars, Playa Santa beach, boat ramp, fresh seafood market, and a scuba diving shop within a five-minute walk. Nearby beaches include La Jungla, Manglillo and Manglillito. A short drive away you will find the natural reserve of Guánica’s Dry Forest, the sunflower farm and boat piers where you can find tours to different isles and keys. The house has accommodations for 14 persons. Adults can access the rooftop and enjoy the view from the third floor. The second floor has two bedrooms with air conditioning, one has a queen bed and the other has three bunk beds that are full sized in the bottom and twin sized on the top. There is one bathroom with shower, a living room with a flat screen and antenna TV, dining room, and laundry room. Also, on this floor there is a fully equipped kitchen where you will find pots and pans, dishes, glasses and flatware. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker and toaster oven. There is a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. There is master room on this floor that is not included in the rental, as it is owner’s private room. The host will not be using this room during your stay. Guests will have access to the entire property except for this room. In the first floor, there is a small bedroom with air conditioning and a bath that has a shower. In this room, there is a bunk bed with a full bed in the bottom bunk and a twin bed on top. In this floor, there is outdoor dining table, living area, and small kitchen with a microwave and toaster oven. There is also a pool table, domino table and BBQ. There is parking space for four cars inside the property. Guests will have access to the entire property except for the master room. We live in the north of the island, but we are accessible by phone, text, (Hidden by Airbnb) and email. We have a great caretaker and family nearby that can help with any issues. Playa Santa is a small beach village, where locals are very friendly. Beaches and amenities are within walking distance. There is no public transportation, it is best if you rent a car.
