Modern Barn tucked into 50 secluded acres in the Hudson Valley. Plenty of hiking and walking trails in a forest right outside your door. Centrally located 30 mins from Hudson, The Berkshires, Albany/Troy. 60 mins from Woodstock/Catskills. Enjoy local summer festivities at Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Mass MOCA. Nearby lake swimming, kayaking, biking, shopping, farms to visit, Art galleries, museums, horse-back riding, golf, etc. A perfect place to retreat and see absolutely no one. Our kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal. We will either be in a small cabin on site or off site. Either way we are readily available via text. If you are looking to get out and about, we are five minutes from the quaint town of Old Chatham, which has a country store and one restaurant. Only ten minutes away is the adorable Town of Chatham, which has several great restaurants, and cute shops. We are 35 minutes from the City of Hudson, the "hub of hip" in upstate NY, packed with live music, restaurants, ad events all year round. A drive to Albany, our state capital is only 40 minutes away, as well as the super happening city of Troy. We are 30 minutes from the gorgeous Berkshires, Great Barrington, and Kripalu (A center for yoga and health that includes a delicious restaurant, a store, and many classes and workshops with world renowned teachers.) As you can see, we are very centrally located! If you want to explore all the sites anywhere around here on your own, unless it's walking or hiking on our land, then you must either drive a car here, or rent a car when you arrive. If you only want to stay in the cabin and enjoy all that we have to offer there, contact us, and you can purchase a package where we pick you up from the train, or airport, and stock your refrigerator, or make you meals. Then you don’t need wheels, and you don’t have to go anywhere! What a treat!
