The main level of this new modern home features an open concept living & dining room complimented by an executive style kitchen. The walkout basement has two oceanview bedrooms equipped with queen beds & small rec room that hosts a dbl sofa bed. Also located on this floor is a playroom for small children, a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub, rainfall shower & laundry. The entire 3rd floor is a large master suite with double spa style showers with an antique cast iron bathtub overlooking the ocean. Lodge's Loft is an open concept home with lots of space to move around and make yourself at home. The evening sunsets from the private 3rd level balcony are incredible and a fantastic space to enjoy glass of wine or to just take in the scenery! Enjoy access to an oceanside hot tub during your stay at Lodge's Loft as well as full use of Laundry facilities. Spend your time sitting on one of two oversized back decks while taking in the unobstructed view of the harbour. A BBQ is also provided and at night you can toast marshmallows in the ocean side fire pit while listening to the waves crash on the beach I would be more than happy to answer any questions regarding your stay or things to do in the area. It is also centrally located between Bonavista and Trinity and only minutes from Historic Port Union The local convenience store, supermarket, ATM, restaurant and cafe are all within minutes walking distance from Lodge's Loft.
