We're located on Tres Hermanos Beach. Which offers some of the most stunning Sunsets. You will fall in love with the privacy and peacefulness that our property has to offer. This beautiful apartment is on the calm waters of Anasco Bay. Our Beach is swimmable and you can workout or walk for miles. Completely Fenced and Gated property on (1) acre of well maintained grounds on the beautiful Tres Hermanos Beach (5 miles from Rincon) Perfect place for active families that love to vacation with their dogs. Don’t worry about missing out on your next trip by leaving your dog behind because we are a dog friendly location where your dog can accompany you to play in the Sand and swim in the Ocean. The property is situated on secure private grounds with a fully fenced in yard which offers an 8x4 dog kennel as well. (1) The new air conditioners cool down the entire apartment. (once you close all the windows the apartment will cool down in 20 minutes) (2) At check-in you will receive a key to the back gate which will give you direct access to the Beach. (3) You will also receive a front gate remote for your car so you can access the property. (4) We provide free Wifi through Liberty (we feel they offer the most reliable service and fastest speed in PR) our current speed is 250 MBPS and we can upgrade to 500 Mbps if you are looking to work remotely for a longer stay. Each apartment is equipped with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has one Queen bed. The second bedroom has either twin bunk beds, full bunk beds or individual twin beds. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for great meal preparations with stainless steel appliances. The living room area has a futon sofa, television with Roku so you can watch Sling, Netflix, YouTube etc. Every apartment has new linens and towels. Free Laundry available for long term stays. New Air conditioners as well as several ceiling fans throughout. Kids favorite time is roasting marshmallows at the fire-pit. Enjoy your favorite meal and drink along with music under the newly constructed Gazebo 20x30 designed for group gatherings. The gazebo has lights for night time use and 2 high powered commercial ceiling fans for your comfort. We also have 3 long tables and 16 chairs set up under the gazebo for your dining needs. Included at the property is volleyball, badminton, and kayaks and 4 barbecue grills. Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the following activities & Beach Toys: Fishing, swimming, kayaking, several boogie boards, noodles and beach chairs included. We are located approximately 30 minutes from the Aguadilla Airport (BQN) Wendy's, KFC and McDonald's are just a few minutes away. Authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine restaurants such as the Mahi Mahi, Kaplash are approximately 5 minutes away. Local typical restaurants and pizza places will deliver their delicious products if you so desire. Cleaning Procedures for every stay to ensure a safe and healthy vacation: 1. We installed brand new air conditioners in every apartment. We will ensure the cleaning and disinfecting of the air filters before every guest arrives which will help to recycle fresh clean air. 2. We laundry all towels, sheets, pillow cases, pillow shams and every quilt is washed and dried on high heat before every guests arrives. 3. We wipe down and clean every area of the unit with Pet friendly organic cleaning supplies. 4. We offer BBQ grills to cook outside. 5. We offer a 20x30 Gazebo exclusively for your family’s use. 6. Every apartment has its own private entrance and balcony. 7. The front gate is electric and you will receive your own remote. 8. Every apartment is supplied with the following: sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bamboo pillows, new bed quilts, dishes, glasses, utensils , pots, pans, cooking utensils, Dawn soap, Protex antibacterial hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, mop, broom and fabuloso. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster all stainless steel appliances.
