Quiet room in Port Richmond

This fully furnished bedroom is perfect for whatever your doing. The room is very quiet and cozy. Nearby Fishtown and Northern Liberties. There are plenty of fun places to dine out or go for a drink! LGBTQ friendly! Very clean place. Renovated recently. All new furniture and appliances. The room has a super comfy full size bed. There is 2 other guests here from Airbnb in other bedrooms. We'd be happy to show you the city if you'd like or make recommendations. Guests can use the kitchen if they'd like or the grille on the back patio. Please review our house rules before booking. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom are all common areas. They will be shared by our other guests who staying. If you need laundry services we will be happy to assist. Please note that we will only allow on the premises you and 1 other guest that you will have stated in the initial messaging. My cell phone or messaging on Airbnb. Please respect other guests privacy. This neighborhood has plenty of parking because of the recreational field across the street. If you do not want to Airbnb in center city where you have to pay for parking, then this is the place for you as there are no meters here and no permits required. This section of the city is called Port Richmond. Well known for where the Polish have settled in its history. Nearby surrounding areas are Fishtown, Kensington, Northern Liberties, Bridesburg. Center city is just a little bit further. PHL airport is about 20 minutes driving south of here. This area of the city is currently under a real estate frenzy. If you have plans for investment this is a great area to buy. This house is close to center city. If your hear to see attractions, museums and things of the nature you can easily get around with Lyft or Uber as many people use. There is a bus that also here that will take you to the main train station in center city. Do you have a bike? You can store it in our basement. I'd also be happy to give rides if I am available. The dryer is out of service for now we are waiting on an internal part. Shipping delays have impacted the timeliness of the repair.
