It is self contained. There is a separate parking and entrance area to the apartment. Owner lives upstairs and is available throughout your stay. The bedroom is air conditioned for your comfort, please remember to turn off when leaving the apartment. The apartment overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the St Kitts Marriott Golf Course. Green Vervet monkeys appear in the garden. There is ample storage for both short and long term rental needs.
