The cottage is your home away from home and is especially perfect during COVID19 due to its quiet and private location. We are also open off season. The cottage sits on a 3/4 acre yard overlooking St. Peter's Bay. The water-views are panoramic and gorgeous. 2 BR - 1 Queen & 1 Double (4 people) plus Queen Lazy Boy sleeper sofa in living room. Max 4 guests. The cottage is in a picturesque location near a stunning national park beach and trails. It is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. It has full size appliances as well as quality bed & bath linens. Spacious living room, beautiful and unique sun-room with beautiful water view - a favorite spot for many people! The large private and safe yard is great for outside activities and is very quiet. Roast hotdogs & marshmallows at a campfire in your own front yard each evening. The fire pit is great for your campfire activities while you watch the beautiful sunsets and do some star gazing. Other great amenities: 42 inch flat-screen TV Satellite TV & Radio Very well equiped kitchen. Everything you need to cook all meals during your stay. Laundry & cleaning supplies included as well as some beach supplies. This is a private cottage. Parking is beside cottage. There is no shared space. Cottage key is provided when we meet you at check -in. We are a 4 minute drive to Greenwich PEI National Park with a beautiful beach (supervised swimming area, change facilities & viewing tower) three stunning walking trails & the Greenwich Interpretation Center. We are also just a four- five minute drive to St. Peter's Bay w/seasonal shops, general store, take out & restaurant, tourist information centre and an access point to the Confederation Trail. There are many local beaches, lighthouses , golf courses and seasonal places to eat nearby. The Links at Crowbush Cove golf course is just a 15-20 drive. Guests can contact us prior to arrival with any questions. We try to meet our guests at check in when possible. If this isn't possible we leave you the key and all info needed and will touch base the following day to arrange a time to meet briefly. We live in Charlottetown & can be reached by telephone/ text if you have any questions, issues or concerns. If there is anything that needs our attention we will come out to the cottage and take care of it. We also have relatives and friends living nearby that may be able to assist you. Guests may contact us during their stay between 9am - 10pm with any questions. Of a text comes in overnight we will reply in the am. Most guests like to text us and we reply as promptly as possible. We will usually be there once/week to cut the grass . We try to reach you before coming to make sure the time will work for you. We will touch base prior to check out. Quiet, peaceful, private, picturesque and tranquil with panoramic water-views all along the Greenwich Rd. Beautiful countryside views from all parts of the property. This is a not a commercial tourist area. You will not find amusement parks nearby and there will not be wall to wall people in the area, on the beach or trails even during tourist season. The cottage is close to small communities and towns. There are many things to do in Eastern PEI and the scenery along the Points East Coastal Drive is among the prettiest on PEI. It is a reasonable drive to tourist favorites in other parts of PEI. Nothing is very far away on PEI. Car is needed to get to rental....approx 40-45 minute drive from Charlottetown. Parking is located right beside the cottage. Bus service in Charlottetown & neighboring suburbs but not in the rural areas. Max 4 registered guests. Must be 25 years of age to book. COVID-19 vaccinations required to stay at this cottage. Must show at check in. ID required for all bookings. Due to life threatening owner allergies and to provide a fresh smelling interior for our guests we ask that you please cook seafood outside on BBQ or on burner. A Cooler with ice is provided for storage of fresh seafood instead of placing in the fridge. No smoking of any kind anywhere on property. No pets No parties. Only registered guests can stay in the cottage.
