Minutes away from Loma Linda Hospital & Redlands!

Wonderfully remodeled two story family home, located conveniently close to Loma Linda University & Hospital, and minutes away from Redlands. Home is spacious and has been recently renovated. The house has been completely redone, everything is new (flooring -wood &tile, furniture, appliances, bedding, linen/towels, tv's), and clean. **pls read rules before reserving, no NOS guest bookings ** Home has 3 bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, and two twin beds. Also, downstairs couch pulls out into double bed. There is also a good sized yard; and a bbq grill with utensils. All parts of the home are available to access, also there is plenty of parking, two car garage, driveway, and ample parking on street. **please read the house rules before booking. No parties, no smoking, and no unauthorized guests, that means the number of persons reserved should be the ONLY ones at the property, unless previous permission has been given. Failure to abide by the rules may result in at least the loss of deposit** No guests that are attending the NOS Center concerts (or any nearby concerts) will be allowed to book. Due to the hours the event ends and previous experience with these guests, we will no longer accept. Please do not book, if you book and it is determined this was the purpose -your stay will be canceled with no refund. Airbnb will be notified and you will be asked to leave. **security surveillance equipment is mounted to the exterior of the home** Available during reasonable hours through the airbnb app, text, email, or phone. Close to Loma Linda University & Hospital and close to Redlands, which also offers plenty of restaurants and shopping. Loma Linda is the only "blue zone" in the United States in which the average resident lives on average 7-10 more years than the average American! Redlands is a quaint city that feels like a small town, with plenty of restaurants and shopping; also has many Victorian homes to look at. Public transportation nearby and also ride share (Uber, Lyft). No unauthorized guests. No parties. Please state the correct amount of persons staying at the home including children. Thank you. There is a train that passes through the city of Loma Linda, which is not allowed the blow the whistle, some may feel a slight movement, for most travelers this has not been an issue. Trash day is early Thursday morning. If your group is there please take the bins to the curb. Thank you.
