This house is shared with long term roommates who work locally and the ongoing common area cleanliness is not under my control. All guests have the same rules and quiet hours. CARPET WAS REMOVED. Shared Kitchen, Laundry, Patio/Porch, Living Room, Bathroom The house is self check in and I won’t bother you unless you specifically need something Princeton, TCNJ, Capital Health Hospital, WAWA, Septa to Philadelphia, etc. We have plenty of free on street parking and 2-4 spots of off street parking Please clean up after all your messes and expect to provide all your own food and beverages. Trash day is Mondays so the trash cans need to be on the curb in the morning. Please provide your own streaming credentials as desired.
