The ultimate beach paradise is literally right outside your door! Wake up with coffee and the sun rising over the sea. Spend the day snorkeling to the reef or sun bathing under a palm tree on the sand. Chill with oceanside cocktails at sunset in the screened in patio or enjoy a shell treasure hunt at low tide with the kids! This beautiful, spacious and bright two bedroom beach condo is centrally located on a gorgeous white sand beach in Spotts. Large bright open plan living spaces including fully equipped kitchen with island, dining table, living room, two large bright bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom (king bed) has ensuite bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom has queen bed and single futon style bed/sofa. Bedrooms/bathrooms are located at opposite ends of the unit affording privacy for a shared rental. A washer and dryer are in the unit. Combination infant bed/play pen, high chair and toddler car seat are available. Large screened in porch with comfy seating and dining with long views of the ocean/beach. Tennis courts and Pool. Spotts beach is famous for snorkelling and you will most likely see a turtle or two when you are swimming. Walk out onto the sandy beach to view the sea life. Coral reef is approximately 100 yards out. Guests have access to tennis court, pool and beach loungers. We are Benny and Lin - "The Bennetts". We recently sold our businesses (Benny from the sound, lighting and staging world of concerts and corporate audio visual) - (Lin from catering weddings and special events) so are "officially" retired. We now live in beautiful Grand Cayman Island during the winters and are located only five minutes from the vacation villa so we are here for you for any problems or concerns you might have during your stay. We love sharing our amazing beach home and look forward to meeting our guests! Spotts has a nearby public beach and is also an alternative port for cruise ships. The beach here is protected by a reef and the water is quite shallow out to the reef making it excellent for snorkeling. A shopping village is located 1 minute away and has a supermarket, hardware store, liquor store, drug store, medical clinic, Pizza Hut, Subway, spa, bank and many other services. Nearby are Dominos Pizza, Wendy's, Cimboco Caribbean Flavour, Chicken! Chicken! and coming soon Café Del Sol. You are centrally located in a perfect spot to tour all areas of the island. A rental car is recommended, however there is a local bus system that passes right by this location and can inexpensively get you to all areas of the island. We are 10 minutes away from George Town and the airport and 15-20 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. We are close to Boddentown and about 30 minutes to Rum Point and the East End. QUARANTINE APPROVED! Travel Cayman has approved this space for quarantine accommodations. Restricted to inside the unit. Beautiful full length screened porch with ocean views and breezes makes this spot pleasant for quarantine. We have a few sets of snorkel gear at the villa for your use. There are four or five wide steps down from the parking lot to get to the unit. Two-three steps down from the patio to the sand beach.
