This is the spot! Luxurious and beautiful acreage home that provides spacious 2 bedroom guest suite. It is an excellent place for short business trips or longer visits for solo travelers and families on vacation. It is located right on the Saskatchewan River Rawin that is only 20 mins from WEM and the YEG & 15 minutes from South Edmonton Common. Excellent and quick access to the major routes. But most importantly its a place that you can relax and truly enjoy yourself with the surroundings! This place is spacious and comfortable beautiful and saddle. AC is a huge plus during summer! To follow the safety for housing guidelines we are unable to have a full oven/cook range in the suite. Guest are more then welcome to outdoor BBQ to their liking. The guest can access the whole walkout floor including the gym room and entertainment room. They are also aloud to use the full size kitchen upstairs in a event to prepare a home made meal. I am available to assistance almost every time to make my guests stays comfortable as possible. Our neighbourhood is very beautiful and private. There is no traffic though our subdivision so you could go for a nice walk or bike ride if you like right outside of our house. To get around the best way is to have a car. Uber and taxis are an option as well. We are very close to wonderful nature trails along the Saskatchewan river valley with the Rabbit Hill in the background.
