A cozy private suite with a private entrance and bathroom, which comes with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, and a in wall closet. The suite is located in a quiet residential area with little to no traffic, and is located with ease of access to any major roads and shopping centers. The guests have a dedicated parking spot in front of their private entrance. 3 minutes to Pleasant Hill BART station and High Way . Only 3-5 minutes to Pleasant Hill BART station and High Way .5 -8 minutes to Pleasant Hill plaza ,Walnut Creek downtown,and Concord mall. House Rules: Stay quite after 9:30pm since the suite is an extension of the house separated by one wall. There will be students living in the main house who will be asleep at that time. No smoking and No heavy alcohol.
