Gold Standard Approved Property-Velento Rentals Management Ocean Front Unit #2. We are very proud to announce the opening of our newest property on Caye Caulker VeLento Oceanfront Rentals. Having already successfully built and operated 6 other properties on the island we have taken all we have learnt from those endeavors to now provide you with what we think are the best accommodations to be found on the island. . We have built 4 beautiful buildings set back 30 feet from the Caribbean Sea containing two separate units in each building. This particular unit is a near ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms with one bathroom that can either be en suite or accessed by additional guests using the futon in the living room without disturbing the occupants of the bedroom. The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have a washer/dryer in each unit. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. The beds all have 500 thread count sheets, the master bedroom has a King and the other bedroom can be either two singles or a King upon request. TheWiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings. There is an open plan kitchen and living room with a dining table the seats 6. Access to the unit is from the beautiful over-sized deck that has seating for 6 to enjoy the most amazing sea front views. There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible! For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach area with 2 palapas, from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end with a huge shady palapa overseeing the Caribbean Sea. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!! We have a an onsite husband and wife management team. We rent island bikes for $5 US per day/per bike and the paddle boards are free!. We have bike toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones
