Grand Turk is famous for its wall diving, snorkelling, and humpback whale watching. Close to Turks & Caicos National Museum, “Sunnyside” house is also a historical landmark on the capital island. The inside was totally renovated and refurbished with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with a large living room. The house has an underground fresh water cistern. Walking distance to groceries, liquor stores and restaurants. Sit out on the veranda and watch beautiful sunsets. - The rental price includes pickup at the Grand Turk airport and return. - There are places you can rent a vehicle - There are plenty of taxi cabs around - My manager is on the island and reachable on phone and will pick you up at the airport and take you back - Very short walks to the dive shops - Walking distance to the closest beach is less than 5 minutes - You can also contact the owner (me) by phone and email There is an exterior staircase leading to the attic and an upper deck but it's not usable at this time.
