Rural living just outside the city. Close to all amenities. 5-10 minute drive from airport, downtown, shopping, churches, beaches, hiking trails, and historical attractions. Apartment attached to main house but very private with own entrance. Shared laundry room that divides apartment from main house. Use of back yard. Guests can pick berries and veggies growing on site as desired. Tons of local berries nearby in season. Home is cozy, quiet, and peaceful. Beehives are at far end of property and will not bother guests. (They are well trained!). However, hands-on experience can be accommodated if you wish. Back yard, fire pit, clothesline, fresh eggs, veggies, and berries. Laundry room shared. Total privacy but host is next door if needed. Residential rural neighbourhood but minutes from all amenities. Would need own vehicle. No bus route but main routes are easy to access and very close with own vehicle.
