Enjoy ocean views and the sea breeze from our completely remodeled, Hurricane Proof, downstairs 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. Located in a typical puerto rican neighborhood, wake up and enjoy breakfast from your elevated backyard patio. Yoga on the rooftop deck, walking distance to the plaza, famous mojito shop, beach (World famous surf spots Jobos & Middles), bike path, and fishing village. A/C unit, and fans in each room. For departure, please leave it as you found it, in excellent condition :) This is a fully remodeled home (we are in the real estate business). We hope you enjoy it. We placed great attention into the details, especially post Hurricane Maria and as such have made sure the home can withstand future storms. Abundant solar powered lighting on the deck make it one of a kind. We are near the plaza, fishing village, bike path and a 1 minute stroll to the beach. Regarding our yoga classes, $50 per person private 90 minute session Guests will be able to fully enjoy access to our home. Names of guests in a party must be provided prior to the beginning of a reservation. Julia and I are available 24/7 by text or phone to assist our guests. We travel quite a bit for our business, so usually we will not be available to meet in person. But, we are always available by phone, text, or email to solve any and all issues*, questions, suggestions, comments, etc. *Any and all issues that arise with our property such as an electrical outage, clogged sink, leaks, etc. etc. that you may or may not have caused requires our immediate notification. We have specialized systems in place (do to our extensive upgrades throughout the property) which require our specialized personnel. DO NOT call and have an outside electrician, plumber, contractor, cleaner etc. service our property. We will not reimburse you for doing so. Further, failure to abide by our house rules may result in the loss of your entire security deposit and/or in extreme cases, immediate expulsion from our unit. We are available by email and text 24/7. We prefer to allow our guests their space, but if they have a need or concern, we are always available to help them enjoy their stay with us. Please leave it as you found it, clean and organized :) For checkout at 10am, please place all trash in the bin out front in the black bin and remove all used linen from beds and towels and place in the hall at the rear of the house. Our neighborhood was purposefully chosen as we enjoy engaging with local Puerto Ricans, dining on local cuisine, shopping at local stores and yet still wanted access to the beach whenever we wanted. Being a part of the local neighborhood, we fully enjoy our neighbors (as will you) who are more than willing to get to know you and lend a friendly/helpful hand if you'd like. This is a beach, fisherman, surfing, middle class neighborhood with chickens, iguanas, music, festivals and more.
