Welcome to Casa Vistamar, our beautiful and relaxing place. Where you can enjoy a very nice vacation with an amazing ocean view and walking distance to the beach (5min). There are many others beaches nearby for you to enjoy and relax!!! We provide complimentary beach chairs (3), beach umbrella and beach towels. We are located 20 minutes away from the Barceloneta Premium Outlets. Only 45 mins from the Old San Juan. See you soon, Angel & Millie Morales It is a Studio with their own relaxing patio!!! The Studio is located in the first floor of our residence wish is located on the second floor in the rear of the property. As you might notice we do not charge for cleaning, with that in mind we will appreciate that you leave the place as clean as posible an organize. Thank you very much!! Guests will need their own transpotation to visit places around. We are available on site 24/7 in case our guest need us. The neighborhood is very safe aand quiet. Very close to local restaurants, 5 to 30 minutes away. Two major Hospital 10 minutes away. Beside been 5 minutes walk to Mar Chiquita Beach we are very close to La Esperanza Beach, Playa Las Mujeres, Playa las Golondrinas, all around 5 to 15 minutes driving. A supermarket with a Cafeteria at walking distance that open from 7am to 9pm daily. There is no public or private transportation in the area. Need to have or rent a car. We are pet friendly!
