Ocean View - Downtown - Trail system

Cozy cottage, directly downtown with a 2 minute walk to Broadway. There aren't many places in Corner Brook with an amazing view of the water and a 2 minute walk to the best sushi in Newfoundland. This coastal location is great for bird-watching. Osprey are often seen diving for fish while cruise ships travel up and down the Humber mouth. Our space is a cozy, one bedroom house designed with travelers in mind. With full laundry and all the kitchen amenities so you can feel at home. A small one bedroom house with beautiful views of the Bay. The house is a small standalone one bedroom. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the bay that you have access to. Snow clearing is not included but it will be done from time to time during longer stays and between guests. However, there are shovels and a scoop available to use. We are a short distance away if needed. However, we like to give our guests privacy if that’s what they prefer. Located directly in downtown Corner Brook, it is a short walk or drive anywhere. This property is located directly on the Corner Brook Trail system for walking, running and biking. It is also located along the Newfoundland ATV trail way that goes through Corner Brook. There are a number of steps leading to the house.
