A number of residences feature an additional apartment/ensuite for short term rentals. Neighbourhood has several medical or veterinary medicine students in addition to several young professional renting on a longer term basis. Currently, there are veterinary students staying in the other apartments on property. They may have pets which would otherwise be on a leash while outside of their apartments.
