Chocolate Cottage

Our wooden cottage is built on top of a chocolate making facility. surrounded by flower and fruit trees. A shaded veranda at the front, a sea and forest view. An airy, bright living and bedroom combined, with kitchenette and bathroom, with hot water. We are now Covid certified. This means that if you are arriving from a Covid high risk country such as US or Europe you can quarantine in our lodging. This cosy little cottage is idea for a couple, however, there is a bed available for a child, if necessary. Guests will have access to the gardens, the orchards and the coastal forest, which surround the Estate. There is also easy access to two beaches that are connected to the grounds, as well as the and beautiful 'red rocks' with its mysterious caves. Guests are encouraged to participate in the gardening and farming activities, such as fruit picking, planting and harvesting that take place on a daily basis. The village of Calibishe is a scenic, peaceful place. The people are hospitable and helpful. There are countless things to do and see. There is opportunity for relaxation and exploration. The village has many beaches, rivers, interior forestland to explore. There are a number of good restaurants and bars, shops and local artisans. There is local transportation. We can also help with you arrange car hire, if necessary.
