Hammond's Plains executive lake front suite

Executive lake front home, that has an entire basement level designated as a beautiful private apartment (Hosts occupy upper floors) Lots of amenities: Hot tub (private), swimming pool(shared), outdoor propane fireplace (private), full outdoor kitchen(Shared), kayak and paddle boat (shared) as well as fishing rods and a dock (shared). boat rides and seadoo rides available upon request. Within 5 km Tim's, Jesse's ,supermarket, drug store, liquor store, gas station. only 20 minutes to downtown . The space is a self contained three bedroom apartment with your own private entrance. (No other quests sharing space) Kitchen, bathroom Great Quite Neighborhood ... space offers lots of amenities. Hosts live in the main part of the house (Upstairs) Guests have access to all amenities. Tanning bed, Sauna, and gym by appointment We are right on the lake where in the summertime we enjoy water sports, paddling, fishing, or an after dinner Cruze on the pontoon boat. We have two full size soccer nets, footballs for throwing and a trampoline In the Winter take your skates for a go as we clear a large section of the ice for skating and then a hockey game breaks out... We live in a Rural part of Halifax so unfortunately our public transit is not very appealing you will want another form of transportation car, bike, motorcycle, taxi/Uber etc.... Upon arrival drive down the right hand side of the property towards the lake you will see a concrete walkway around back leading to your door, door will be open before your arrival, park anywhere down there you like..... That’s it. Nice and easy..... ENJOY!!
