Beautiful 5 Bedroom Villa for 8 to 12 guests. All 5 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Private kitchen with all cooking supplies as well as dining room and 2 private living rooms. Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the gardens and terraces. The outdoor pool is surrounded by the lush of the Alps. There are 5 bedrooms. Included is all linens and bath towels. Kitchen is stocked with stove, cooking utensils and refrigerator. 4 of the Bedrooms have Queen Size Beds and the 5th Bedroom has 2 full size beds for a total of 6 comfortable beds. All Bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Ceiling fans in rooms. Air Conditioner and swimming pool water heater is an additional cost to be paid upon arrival if you choose to use this service. You will have access to all outdoor common areas as well as pool. Access to all the rooms described in your rental. Common areas include: Terraces, Gazebo, Barbecue area and Pool. Time or Arrival is important. You cannot be late or a later time will need to be rescheduled. Once you give us your time of arrival you must arrive within 30 minutes of that time, or a new time will need to be rescheduled. It's a private gated heavy security community. Therefore, only confirmed AirBnB guests will be permitted on the Estate and the community for security reasons. No loud music can be played at any time. The neighborhood is controlled by tight security and laws of the community need to be respected. NO MOTORCYCLES are permitted in the community or four wheelers. It is a resting and a place of harmony. You must drive your car. Waterfalls, eco-touristic adventures are about 15 min drive from the Estate. Restaurants outside the community doors. Please note that: Check-in time is at 3PM and that Check-out time is at 11am. If you want to extend your check-out or check-in time, it's $ 20 per hour. This can only be done if we don't have guests arriving or checking-out that day. We are located in a private community. NO PRIVATE EVENTS, OR PRIVATE PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC are allowed. NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS SHOOTS OR FILMING PERMITTED. NO DECORATIONS, WEDDINGS OR ORGANIZED PARTIES. The Villa you rented has a maximum of 16 guests, this also includes children. No additional guests or visitors are allowed to access the private villa. Important: We need the full name of every guests that will be arriving with you and they will need to present their Cedulas, or Passport. Children are exempt although we will need the names of children. This allows the community to keep a file of all of those who are visiting, should there be any issues. NO LARGE SPEAKERS. Music can be listened to at comfortable low levels. Your reservation will automatically be cancelled if the community security is requested for reasons of loud music, etc. Please note that a fine also will be issued to the renter by the tourism police (CESTUR) should you violate this rule. NO Pets or animals of any kind. Smoking only permitted in the outdoor areas. If during your stay or after checkout we notice that smoking was done indoors a fine will be placed on the card you have on file with Airbnb. Only 4 cars are allowed on the property. No more than 4 Cars permitted. NO MOTORCYCLES or FOUR WHEELER are permitted in the community. If you want air conditioning for your group, there is an additional cost that you can pay on the day of arrival.
