House is very spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood with reliable wifi for productive work sessions. Also there are many bussiness near the house such as restaurants, supermarkets, mall, Beaches and main highway is conveniently close. The house has 3 bedrooms equipped with air conditioner, TV, New curtains to block the sunlight to stay in sleeping if desired. It fits three couples comfortably. There is a breezy open balcony with a hammock and seats with a view of the ocean in the distance The common areas are very spatious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners, television and brand new mattresses. The kitchen has all the essentials to make it convenient for cooking at home. It has a digital cook top without an oven as you can see in the kitchen picture. Guest can access the entire house the main house other than the backyard since it is another rental.
